-Free/Non-Free Delivery Service
The site provides free delivery islandwide (Singapore Island Only) for orders of minimum value SGD30.00. For orders less than SGD 30.00, a delivery charge of SGD 8.00 applys.

Free Deliveries can be by their van delivery service or by post delivery. For preferential delivery time, the site will try their best to accommodate depending on delivery schedule.

-Van Delivery
Once the order is packed and ready from warehouse, the site will contact the customer by phone/sms to arrange and confirm the delivery slot. Delivery should be within 1 or 2 business days.

-Self Collection
Customers can also arrange to pick up from their office with no delivery charge. Self Collection have to be prearranged at least one business day in advance, by appointment only. Orders are usually ready the next business day, email will be sent once the order is ready. Prearrangement can be made thereafter.

-SingPost Local Delivery
All items has its weight in grams shown on the description page. This allow customers to be able to calculated in the estimated postage cost.

-Overseas Shipping
This can be facilitated by DHL Express or SingPost International Post. DHL is actually preferred as DHL Express items will be shipped daily and AWB number will be provided to the customer who can track it and arrange delivery.
